Allergic to fly spray?
The horse that I am leasing is allergic to fly spray. Is there and alternative for fly spray?

you can try a feed thru supplement but with that you may want to check with what it is about the fly spray he is reacting to because supplements can share some of the same things your best bet is going to be to contact your vet :)
My horse is allergic to the pyrethrins - the chemicals in most fly sprays... I use ATLAST! Fly Spray. It is 100% organic and cedar oil based. Works great. Smells good, too.

There are many different types of fly spray. I am guessing she is allergic to one ingredient, not the whole family of fly sprays.
Have you talked to the owner to find out what it is in fly spray that the horse reacts to? Then you can shop for brands that do not contain that product.
There are many all natural fly spray products that might work for her.

I had a horse that couldn't tolerate the oil based sprays. She was fine with the water based ones.
