What is your weight in US lbs? I can give you a better idea that way :) Anything more than 200 lbs. in US pounds and you're possibly running into a problem.

US pounds would help alot since I'm not familiar with any other.
Even if you are heavy there are always the drafts which can hold more than a regular sized horse.
If I looked it up correctly...you weight 166 pounds in US weight...you aren't too heavy for a horse...you might want to stay away from ponies, but a good sized horse will have no problem carrying you

I only have one, sadly...maybe I'll get another one sometime, but not anytime soon...I'm only working part time so I can only afford one.
I wanted a horse when I was younger...and then after that I didn't like them...and just now I love them hehe.
I hope you find a great horse!!

Yeah 166 lbs is not bad at all. I'm 172 and ride confortably without worrying about injuring my horses!

I've been told that, in general, a horse can carry 1/4 to 1/3 their weight.
