and Hay

I can not tell you the amounts, as i was not informed of that. I am assuming that the 18% fiber level is in a complete feed. I also know that the horses always have hay in front of them while in their stalls.

It is impossible to judge whether or not it would be an excessive or appropriate feed plan with the information provided.

We need to know amounts by weight and what else is in the 18%fiber feed. BP and Hay are high in fiber.. Fiber is good..

Agreed, without knowing the specific amounts of each and the situation and health of the specific horse in question, then it's impossible to tell if it's excessive or not.

What kind of hay needs to be answered too.

Excessive? Not at all. It's all hay and hay replacement products. Depending upon where this diet is being fed and the current supply of hay, they might be just making due with what they've got. Time consuming and more expensive if hay is under $400/ton? Absolutely.
