Is this what the WP judges want to see? |
I'm sorry, but that doesn't look nice at all. I know it's a style of riding, but when I watch something like that, all I can think of is the look my dogs give me when I scold them. Lowered head, hesitant gait... not my preference. |
I rode WP back in the early 90s and that lope looked worse than anything I saw way back then. I was under the impression WP had moved away from such hesitant gaits? I don't have any thoughts other than it looks ugly... Posted via Mobile Device |
I hate watching movement like this. The horses always look like they are in pain and can barely move. Sad sad |
Wow...I see a navicular horse, with tender feet and is to sore/stiff to move forward. |
He really looks like he is struggeling with each stride too.... |

To the OP I realize you are new here and you may not know that it is Horse Forum's rules that we do not just critique random pictures or videos unless they are yours, instructional or you have an interest in purchasing the horse in question or possibilityy ones done by professional trainers that would expect comments on their "product" ( like Parelli...etc) |
|
Oh, I am very sorry about that. I was not aware of that fact and I do appologize! How do I delete this thread or video? Quote:

The Riding Critique section says you should only ask for critiques of your own videos. However, for pictures of, say, rollkur, halterbred QHs (I posted some pictures on a current thread - http://www.horseforum.com/horse-bree...s-93309/page4/), training techniques, etc...we really can only post our own videos or pictures? I rather doubt that. |
