We are going to the bank tomorrow to pull out a home loan what kind of estimates do we need to call for? So far these are what I know of:

-Septic Installers
-Electric Installation
-Well Drillers


Am I missing anything?

Also can we try to get a washer, dryer and water softener in that loan or does that need to be seperate??

Your buying a home? Been awhile, but I think you can only borrow up to what the homes appraised value is.

Here's where we're at now, Went to the loan officer this mornig at 10am, I was up by 7:30am, Dayton was begging for a half hour more...typical lol. I got estimates on the well, septic, electric, and we would be going for a 15 yr loan at 7.1% for a $38,000 loan, the down payment needs to be 20% of the loan value so its $7600, unless we have acreage, then for everyone one acre it will take $1000 off the down payment, dad is willing to quick claim deed me 10 acres OMG I was very surprised, just waiting for a call back from his mortgage (sp? very tired) holder to ok it. The loan officer said more then likely we'll get it :D Cross your fingers everyone!!!! Here is the house (mobile home I want (used):
