New horse person from Canada
Got my first horse last fall, second one this summer. Love them both but I still have so much to learn...:?

Hi neighbor, pleased to meet you. It doesn't matter how many horses you have or how long you have had them there are always things to learn

I didn't grow up with horses (just cows) so have a very steep learning curve as a adult beginner. My 7 year old daughter has just started in Pony Club and gymkhana & her younger siblings love the horses too.

Welcome!!! I'm from Nova Scotia, even though thats on the other coast of Canada...
But don't worry about having lots to learn, I ride without a trainer or anything... and my first horse is not completly broke, I'm doing it myself! I've never rode a trained horse, haha.
If you are worried about your progress: you joined the right forum!!
