Those jumps look fun.

First photo your are jumping ahead. See how your hips are way up at the front of your saddle. Add that you have elbow wings. You were trying to use the neck for support it looks but then you tossed your body so far forward that your elbows had no where to go but out.

I am betting you simply need work on having all your body parts working independently of each other. Strengthen your core so your lower leg can stay under you and support your upper body centered. Your arms can release and shorten with out having your upper body there along with them.

I like your horse.

Like AB said.
I also think you are grabbing a bit with your knee (seen on first photo). This caused you to pivot on your knee allowing your upper body to go too forward and your lower leg to slip back. Try to loosen the knee and "wrap" your lower leg around the horse's barrel. This will help your leg stay at the girth, where it belongs, and help counterbalance your upper body.

On photo 2 you sat back a bit soon. The horse is hollow, and it isn't clear if you rode defensively because of that or if your sitting back so soon caused it.

You are a very talented rider and a few minor tweaks will help here. Both you and your horse look very competitive.

I probrably sound like I'm trying to defend myself here lol but yeahh the second one she was bombing it round that course, and in my attempt to slow her down I was trying to get one step ahead ... Didn't work though, I lost my stirrups over a double and couldn't keep my balance with her like that and came off :/

I'm actually surprised you came off. It must have been well past that photo. Your lower leg was very good and looked pretty secure. Seat was well placed, if a bit low. Isn't it amazing how fast things can go bad??

Yeahh, when I say I lost my stirrups I mean they came out the saddle and fell on the floor ... :/ oops (the bars were up though!!) I couldn't get my 4 strides that I needed between the jump before, then the double, we jumped the first one awkwardly, then all went bad within a stride and I stayed on and as I went to sit up she spooked and I just went booom! Straight on the floor!
