One sided My horse is a bit one sided when I'm riding. He works to the right great but he seems to fight going to the left. I was wondering if I got a chiro out if it would help. I know he has never been seen by a chiro. Would it help his being one sided? I've been working on flexing and bend to both sides equally. Posted via Mobile Device |
It could help. |
I would do the chiro and then work with the left side to acieve what you have on the right. From my experience it seems horses have 2 brains; left and right. What you teach one side you also have to teach the other. |
Could be a body/chiro/physio type prob. Could be saddle fit, could be that you're unconsciously one sided, could be a bit or tooth problem, could be hoof/lameness related... could be training. |
Show us a video and we can help more. walk, trot, and lope both ways in a circle (with and without a rider). Walking straight away from camera and back to camera |
