Anyone in NOVA?

Hi all- Perhaps this is in the wrong place, if so please move it.I am searching for a winter home for one of my horses near Leesburg, VA. The issue is he (and I, a reforming h/j rider) are starting our training for reining. We really just want to have fun with it, but I would still love to find a place for me to continue with western lessons, as well as a place for me to continue schooling him over the winter, as he is green. I really want an indoor, and no more than $450/mo. I have one possibility, but they do not have an outdoor, and, there is lots of "stuff" in the indoor which makes it hard to do nice lope circles, run downs, etc. He is an easy keeper, no vices, and really could live outside if need be. I am an adult rider, and have 2 adult daughters who will most likely ride also.

Please let me know if anyone knows anyplace around that I can look at-Pretty much an english area for sure.

Thanks for the help!

Welcome to the forum! I am a few hours from Leesburg but I think you'll probably find something pretty quick. Seems like there are a lot of reiners in that area.
