Competition license possible?

Since my new guy (and I:)) are training for some reining, I was looking at the application for a competition license. Here is the issue. My horse is a QH X, not registered, and was a PMU baby. Therefore, we do not know exact birthplace, breeding, birthdate, etc. Is it still possible to get a competition license? Just curious if anyone knew-we would not apply until next year anyway.....thanks

There is no reason you could not get one. There would be no pedigree listed or age and you would not be eligible for any aged events most likely b/c you can not prove age but past that there is no registration requirements for a CL in NRHA.
