Hi guys. After a trip to Montana this past summer to visit the family I have decided to buy myself a western saddle in the nearby future for trail riding. It was so comfy/fun (i'm an English rider). I also took a reining lesson on an experienced schoolhorse. We got to do sliding stops and spins and changes! So fun!! What is the difference between a reining saddle and all the other types? Also, how does one get into reining? Would I be able to get a horse and have the trainer help me (thinking of moving out there to be closer to them) and then continue taking lessons on the schoolmaster to learn more? Thanks for the time and patience!
