Getting excited!

Just have to share a bit...I am getting really excited that spring and show season is coming. I am also excited that everything seems to be coming together! I have an awesome trainer finally, known for his Ammie program, a new Bob's KR saddle is on its way, and finally the trainer tells me the horse is starting to look like a real reiner! YAY!!! I am very anxious to see the progress again when I see my horse mid February, and will actually ride him when I go home for a couple of weeks in March.

Only thing not so great is that my friend and I hoped to show together, but...her trainer shows in Ohio, and mine shows in NJ......so.....looks like we may be on our own sometimes. I am not showing a ton anyway, but just want to have fun with it all.

I will probably be about the only one with a grade horse in the ring.....let alone a QH/ TWH PMU rescue. (we try to emphasize the QH and just say QH X if asked......) But-as long as we can do the maneuvers and I can remember the pattern.....that is all I care about at this point.

Looking forward to having fun this summer!

So fun! You are going the opposite way from me-I am going from H/J to reining......my poor trainer is having a hard time getting me to give up those reins!
