I'm looking for a "spare" horse for my friend to pack around the occasional beginner on trail. But I'm the one who rides with her 99% of the time so I suggested getting something I could enjoy as well (I'm her daughters age, she spoils me! Hah). The horse is 13 y/o. Was being ridden by a 9 year old before they purchased her. The woman's 10 year old rides her. She has been in parades with the non horsey mother. The horse is constantly sitting at the house and will ride out like you rode her yesterday (reason for selling). Apparently she isn't into reining but buys reiners because of their solid foundation. She does reining clinics on her and she says she "remembers everything" and does well, especially when ridden consistently. I'm hoping she is everything they said she is!! :)

...the only thing throwing me off if the price...

If she's really all that, then she's more than worth the price tag.

Agreed. She is getting vetted to the 9's for that sure and hopefully they will let us take her on trial so if it doesn't work she can go back!

My fingers (toes and everything else) is crossed on this one!!

That's a heck of a price. If she even mostly matches the desc then she's a deal provided there isn't some health issue.

I totally agree with Speedracer..if she is healthy & sound and true to add..she is worth every cent of her asking price. In fact, if the market was better..probably more than that!

I think that mare is owned by a member here... I think I remember looking at a "for sale" ad or a "help me write a for sale ad" post with that same first picture... That could be fun!

She does look great! And very sweet. :)

In all fairness to the other member, if she is on here, it didn't work out. I loved the horse and thought she had a lot of potential but we had to opt against her for other reasons.

I'm actually at a reining show, my trainer has a horse for us who is looking SUPER promising. I'll probably upload a video of her tonight.
