Muppet-I did a show last spring-went thinking I would just school......then entered-somehow was NOT nervous-ran my pattern, got a score and that was all I cared. May never do it again-it is SO expensive, and around here you pretty much HAVE to have a trainer, who truly does nothing but say-"lope more circles"..... Anyway- it is fun. Now I cannot believe I even did it, and the thought makes me nervous! I nenevr even got to school in the Coliseum, and it was my horses first show ever-he was great. A huge confidence builder for sure. I wish we had Ranch reining-no such thing around here.......just practice, and keep it simple, Go in, eyes ahead-run your pattern-and you will probably not even hear folks say ing much at all. I say never again, but am thinking maybe just May.......lol.
