New "Governing body" for the reining world?

This just popped up on my news feed from "Spooks Gotta Whiz" (who knew horses could FB! Lol). USA Reining its called. I couldn't read the whole thing but from the brief description it sounds like a new organization aimed at taking riders to a international level.

Anyone heard of this?

Nop new to me. But would not be surprised. NRHA has been... Not sure what to call it but not really what it once was in many ways. The fact that they can not come up with a drug policy and the fact that a lot of the things that they have done lately has hurt all the way around.
