Ground exersizes....for the rider.
So I was looking to strengthen myself and get myself into shape and maybe lose a few pounds. I mean everyone says I don't need to lose anything but id feel better about myself if I did. I'm 16, and the only problem with running and stuff for me is I have a bone condition, where I have tumors on nearly every joint of my body that can cause pain. Ugh so I wanted to see if you guys had any suggestions on exersizes that will help me with my riding, but not put too much pressure on my joints ?
All I pay my Psychiatrist is the cost of feed and hay and she'll listen to me any day <3
