Half year ago I jumped from some shelf and turned in the air because I noticed rake in the last moment... I hurt my shoulder.
The actual pain started next day but it wasn't so bad. But next week... It's not really so bad, I just have a cold and burning feeling from left side of my neck that goes down beside my back bone and on left shoulder to my elbow.
I was at doctor, she said she won't send me to any examination because I can move my arm and to come back if I needed an excuse for my gym class. It stopped hurting me in one week, but the pain came again next month. It hurts me every month from then for a week or so.
But last 2 months it hurts me when I ride(could be because I started riding more). Pain stars in few minutes after I sit on a horse and it doesn't matter if I just walk. I tried to do some exercises to stretch myself, but it doesn't help. It doesn't hurt if I ride in wrong posture but I don't want to ride like that...
