Whenever I ride a lot during a week, like say, 4/7 times a week or so, for a few hours each day, even if 2 out of 4 are for 10-15 minutes... I get really sore and tense in my lower back.
And it's not necessarily there, too. It's the upper body, in my arms. > <
I realize you use different muscles when you ride, but this is just a bit much. Maybe I'm just not used to riding as much as I thought?
Does anyone else get post-riding soreness, and how do you cope/prevent it?
