In praise of Polo Wraps

Yes this is on the right place..

I've been struggling with a bad knee all year, I wear a brace when I'm walking around, and it's just being a nuisance.

Just to cheer me up it's now started waking me up every time I turn over in bed, and that is very annoying. I don't want wear a brace in bed, and I hate tensor bandages, so the other night I went I wonder how polo wraps would work, and the answer GREAT

Wrapped my knee in a nice white polo wrap, and slept all night!! It was so comfortable that I left it on during the day. I don't know why I didn't try this before, it really works well.

I love polo wraps! I used to wrap them around my legs in place of half chaps (though I didn't ride in them, just for mucking around the barn in winter) and they make great scarves :P

I'm glad your knee is feeling better! Sleep is so important when the body has to deal with stress/pain.
