How big of a rodeo? Where? What are their facilities like? Will you be sitting in the bleachers or in a vehicle along the arena fence?

A cooler with drinks is never a bad idea or, if you'd rather buy from the concession stand, plenty of money. If you're going to be sitting in the bleachers, I'd take a cushion or blanket to sit on. Most the rodeos I've been to, the seats were really hard and uncomfortable. If it's the type/size of rodeo that you will be sitting in the bed of a truck or along the fence but not in the bleachers, a chair is always good.

If you're sensitive to sunlight or you aren't going to be under cover, an umbrella is a good idea too.

Ah, well that changes everything. You'll need to bring buckets for your horse to drink out of. Most arenas have a faucet where you can fill them but some horses are touchy about drinking strange water. Unless you know the strange water won't be a problem, you might want to invest in a big water storage thing for your tack room.

Also, you'll need a hay-bag for your horse to munch on while he's tied to the trailer or inside the trailer between events.

Are these more than 1 day events where you'll have to stay the night? Do they have access to stalls where you can keep your horse? If not, is your trailer big enough to act as a "stall"?

Of course, extra tack and halters just in case something gets broke or torn up.

Other than that, I can't really think of much...though I'm sure there's a lot that I'm missing.

Most places require a negative coggins report for your horse/s....most don't ever check, but some do...

Green Broke
Horse
Saddle
Saddle pad/blanket
Bridle
Sport Boots if your horse wears them
Breast Collar if you use one
Rope, if you do roping events
Cooler sheet when if it is cold out and your horse is sweaty
Extra bridle in case the usual one breaks
Extra set of reins in case the usual one breaks
Extra halter in case you need one
Extra lead rope
Extra cinch (never know when one will break)
Extra latigo and off-billet (again, never know when one will break)
Misc leather pieces to fix tack if it breaks
Duct tape to fix tack if it breaks
Tool kit to fix things on truck or trail if they break (jack, spare tire, tire iron, hammer, screwdrivers, pliers, electrical tape, utility knife, etc etc)
Fly Spray
Brushes and Combs to groom your horse
Hoof Pick
Horse First Aid Kit (gauze pad, Vet Wrap, scissors, wound ointment, etc)
Human first aid kit (bandaids, neosporin, aspirin, ice pack, etc)
Plenty of hay with hay bags (your horse needs to eat during the day, even if you aren't staying the night)
Plenty of water (either purchase a tank, or use several 5 gallon buckets with lids)
Buckets to serve the water
Grain and supplements for your horse (if he takes any of that)
Cooler with ice to keep drinks cold for yourself, and any food you want to bring
Generator (if you have living quarters in your trailer to power it)
Portable panels to make a "stall" for your horse for overnight rodeos

And that's all I can think of right now.

Any you may want to use clear nail polish on your Chicago screws- then they won't fall out. Or shouldn't at least :)
