It isn't horse tripping anymore, it is more like horse roping. It would be no different than team roping in an American Rodeo. However, I did see in one of the runs one of the guys didn't slide his rope enough and the horse fell. Usually they just get them stopped. The reason they don't show the horses is because they are showcasing the roper and his ability, they are not trying to "hide" the horse. Everyone is entitled to their opinion like you said, and in my opinion I think there is nothing wrong with this, it is part of their tradition and I can see the art and beauty in it. I am pro-horse slaughter, not because I want to eat horse meat and kill a bunch of horses, but I would like to see an option for horses to be put down humanely. If you ever watched horses starve to death and die slowly, you mind change your mind, perhaps not.

I don't know if you are directing the comment about a different thread about a newbie getting in a horses mouth towards me or not. I do not recall this, if that is me, what thread?

I also have learned new things and I hope that I have helped somebody with my experiences on here. I don't always agree with other people on here just as not everyone is going to like what I say, but it sure isn't worth getting so upset over that you don't enjoy being on here.
