Australian saddle trees - suitability for a high withered horse

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a good ranch type saddle for my cow ponies. One mare in particular has quite a high whither. The other horses' whithers are not as high, but they're not mutton whithered either. I live in South Africa, so my options are pretty limited, especially on my budget. It seems mostly to be either Aussie style trees or McClellan type trees.
There's something like this: Western saddles | Franco C
And there's something like this: Stock Saddles : Trailsaddles, Shop Saddles Western Hats and Bridles
I unfortunately don't have money for a true western saddle, like say a Circle Y (I've read those are good for High withered horses) or similar. I have four horses I eventually need to get new saddles for.
In the second hand market the best I've seen is something like this:
Leon Liversage Trail Rider for sale!!! Get It While You Can - Port Elizabeth - Other pets - Lovemore Park
