Question does this saddle fit?

I've tried a few different saddles on my little POA mare, and this one seems to fit the best so far. Saddle fit is not something I'm well versed in so opinions are greatly appreciated:)

It's really hard to tell with those pictures. Can you maybe get some where she doesn't have her head down and without your hand under the front edge?

I know what you were trying to show there, but your hand makes it hard to see how the bars lay on her back.

Always remember that feeling of looking at a big, open country over the ears of a good horse, seeing a new trail unwind ahead of you, and that ever-spectacular view from the top of the ridge!!! Follow my training blog: http://robertsontraining.blogspot.com/

That one there makes me think that the bars are too flat for her back. They appear to be at about a 45 degree angle,

But judging from her shoulders, I'd say she needs something closer to a 50,

Maybe even a 55

As the saddle is right now, there will be a lot of concentrated pressure at the very top of the bars, which can cause soreness and scalded spots (the patches of white hair associated with poorly fitting saddles).

I thought the angles looked off :( thank you very much for the advice. I think I will try to find a saddle fitter that will help me out. Good western saddles are hard to come by in my area .
