Based in the face markings and color I am 99% sure it is the same one.
In the video you posted, the first thing I thought was the poor trot and that was even mentioned in the site I posted. The date of death I missprinted in my original post and noticed it said 1988 but that could be a misprint.
There are some nice lines in this one but the Furioso line can be difficult to work with.
I believe the Matador line IS Hanovarian though.
One more thing.
If your horse's dam was approved and registered in the Hanovarian studbook and the sire was not the mare owner can present the foal to either the sire's studbook or the dam's--where ever they feel it will be accepted and the Hanovarian is the most prestigious.
