Sport Horse Seminar & Inspection

For those that would like the forms emailed, just let me know as I have just finished scanning into a pdf document. Also we have a BRAIDER available all day on the 27th. She could come out early in the morning of the 28th, but she'd have to leave by 10am.

As for what styles she can do, she can do french braids & hunter style as she's had the most experience with (mane and tail). It's been a long time since she has had a need to do a running French braid.

For the hunter style, manes are $35 and tails are $25. If anyone needs pulling she can also do that-- $20 for ones that aren't insane, $30 if they're in need of some serious work. Attached are a few pictures of her braids and pulling jobs (the one of the mane pull is a case where I would charge $30).

If you need a braider for the inspection, please let me know about this also as soon as possible.

If anyone that is coming will need a hunter braider on Thursday the 27th I NEED to know. The young lady needs to have a schedule and know how many she has to braid. Please message me if you need someone not later than Monday 10th at Noon. Also have someone to video as well :)

For those coming, I went to the farm today to meet our contact person. The facility is perfect to have the inspection!!! Also I learned today that we will need to bring our own bedding & a food vendor in fact may be there onsite to sell lunch. We are moving right along!

We have filled one barn completely and do have room for a few more in a 2nd barn. If you think you MIGHT want to do this, please let me know and I will email the forms to you and get a stall reserved for your horse(s). Can not wait to see everyone and there awesome horses!!

We have a young lady to do video's at $20 per horse. Please let me know if you would like to have her video your horse during the inspection. She can take check/cash/cc on site. Will mail DVD out in about 2 weeks after seminar/inspection.
I will be glad to email you her form so that you can have that completed prior to seminar/inspection day if you like. Simply message me or I will give you her email address and you can email her direct. You will just need to denote: need video form for 9/28 Seminar/Inspection. This is for the inspection being held in VIRGINIA at Campbell Springs Farm in Chesterfield (find them on FB) For those who are planning to attend, enter drive where you will see this sign and come straight back to covered arena. For those stabling overnight or have a day stall reserved, the barn is to left of arena. Remember to bring your bedding or purchase onsite from farm. Coffee & donuts for breakfast & hot dogs & burgers will be cooked on the grill by farm for lunch. See you all on Friday!
