The Story Of What Happened To Brother Heathen

Hey guys,
I've noticed some action about Brother Heathen what happened to him. I work wih the people that owned him when he passed. He was extremely playful and never acted his age. One day his owner, Ill leave out the name for security purposes, went out to his pasture to give him his dinner. Heathen loved to play. One of his favorote games was 'Cutting Horse' as his owner said. His owner would run one way then the next and Heathen would roll back and swing to the other side, similar to cutting cattle. Apparently he was too close to the fence and he swung his front legs around and sliced his fetlock down to the bon on a fence post. I dont know all the details. The owner loved him so dearly. The owner currently is in posession of the old roan's last full daughter before he passed. Her name is 'A Little Bit Naughty.' And sh is being shown by a ten year old who spoils her rotten. Brother Heathen was put down due to his injuries in Lawrence Kansas. That is where he is buried as well and where many of his sons and daughters live.

I didnt know him, but I've seen him and heard of his stories from his owner. He was a good boy.
