***ATTENTION**** Last night, 11/2/11 in Magnolia, Arkansas someone stole a Featherlite bumper pull stock trailer with five horses, saddles, and bits from the college barn. Dark colored, 4-door truck, Georgia plates and one of the horses was Ashley Mills good black horse with a rocking M brand on left hip. Another sorrel blaze face horse with a rocking V on his left shoulder, right hip had backward L with a K. There was also a grey mare with no markings, a buckskin mare with a star on her head, and a black mare. It had to happen 11/2/11 between 10:30pm and 7:00 a.m. Please help us find them!

Georgia plates on 22 ft stock combo featherlite trailer! License plate # T17W102 with 5 horses on it! Please call police or 5014545774 of you find anything!

I got a text about that from a number I don't know, through a Facebook app I don't have on my phone. Very odd.

That's weird... I'm pretty sure them missing is legit though.

It is. The one girl's horse placed second in the USTRC finals last week.

MAGNOLIA, Ark. (KTHV) -- Southern Arkansas University says they had several horses and riding equipment stolen overnight from campus.

Between the hours of 10:30 p.m. On Nov. 2 and 6:30 a.m. Thursday morning, five horses, a horse trailer, and riding equipment were stolen from the Mulerider Stables on the campus of SAU in Magnolia.

The suspect vehicle is reported to be a dark colored Ford truck.

The horses stolen were described as follows:

1) American Quarter Horse, 16-years-old, gelding, black in color, bearing a rocking "M" brand on its left hind quarter.
2) American Quarter Horse, 7-years-old, female, gray in color.
3) Quarter Horse, 14-years-old, female, buckskin in color.
4) Quarter Horse, 15-years-old, gelding, Sorrell in color, bearing a rocking "V" brand on its left front quarter, as well as a "K" brand on its right hind quarter.
5) Quarter Horse, 12-years-old, female, black in color, bearing a circle "M" brand on its left hind quarter.

The horse trailer stolen is a 2003 Featherlite, silver in color, bearing Georgia License Plate TL7W102 and Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) 4FGL020223C058456.

Various riding equipment was also stolen.

That is rediculous! Why would anybody do this! I will spread the word about the horses this hit pretty close to home :(
