Besides I remember you speedracer you did the sane thing in 2010 when I was searching. If you have nothing good to say to me then stop talking.
I'm no longer listening to people who are against me.
I'm only listening to people who are willing to help.

    That's a bit harsh don'tcha think?

Ok, first off YIKES. And second off, did you ever think that maybe you can't find the new owner because the Oregon lady still owns him? But she may have wanted you off her back. Or word has gotten around about you, and no one wants anything to do with you about it. I personally would worry you would come steal the horse with how intense you're being. Sorry but if you were coming after a horse you used to own, that I currently owned, like you are I would recommend psychiatric help and get a restraining order, possibly harassment charges. You have to realize that you seem to have some issues with this, and how you're coming off. Not trying to be mean, just trying to help.

Smokeyjoe, I'm sympathetic, but if people are unwilling to communicate with you & accusing you of harassment, you might want to give that some consideration beyond "I don't care, I'll do whatever it takes". It is one thing to want to know what happened to a horse you once owned, it is quite another to stalk subsequent owners. And judging from your posts, it does sound like you are going a little overboard. If a previous owner of one of my horses sounded like you it would make me VERY uncomfortable, especially if their stated intention was to get the horse back (what if the current owner doesn't want to sell?).

I see the word fund. Are you asking for money to support your search? This forum isn't about asking for money. This is your quest, not ours. Your vanity isn't allowing you to accept the idea that, if this horse is still alive, that it may be perfectly content where it is.

Understood, but not helping. I've already thought about that but honestly I don't care lol I'll find him one way or another. The owners speaking to me just makes it easier. I welcome the challenge and I'll keep at it.

I had one owner who we originally sold him to threaten a harassment charge on me that's it.
Other then that I have no.that's of that and even that threat didn't stop me. But it's not like they were sweet ppl they lied straight to me to throw me of the track because my father never wanted ny horse back.
As for if they don't want to sell him that's fine, as long as I can see him at least once and get updates on him.

If you knew my horse you'd know he's not content. This horse tried to hurt ppl to come back to me. Last time I spoke to him I Told him to behave and change lives and he is from what I hear from his former owners. One the last one said he missed a little girl. Me. I was 17 and his only owner for 10 years except for the homes my dad attempted to give him to who he stayed with for a few weeks and came back.

You need help, Smokey. Not the kind you think, but honest to God counseling.

Regardless of how you personally feel you have no rights to the animal, and your threats to continue stalking and harassing people are not the signs of a sane person. You have some unrealistic, fantasized version of this horse, and have hung onto it far too long.

Find another horse who needs love and attention, instead of expecting things to miraculously fall into place just because you want them to. Your obsession is frightening, mostly for you because of the implications of mental instability you're showing.

If everyone is saying the same things they did 4 years ago, chances are we're not the ones who are wrong.
