17" Leather BigHorn Trail Saddle Excellent Condition $350

I regretfully offer my beautiful Big Horn Saddle for sale. While it fits me like a glove, it is too wide for my way narrow TB.

This saddle is in excellent condition. Just got done cleaning and conditioning it. Leather is in tip-top shape and as soft as can be. Stirrups are already turned and ready to ride. This saddle is as comfortable as I have ever ridden. Deep, cushioned seat. Always stored indoors and under a saddle cover. Fleece is in great shape with no holes or tears. Seat is in good condition except for a rub mark.

This saddle comes complete with a matching breast collar that needs a new scissor snap. The leather is in great condition and is very soft.

This saddle is a 17" saddle. 7" gullet, FQHB.

Cori, have you look into consignment stores as well? In my experience the consignment was the fastest way to go (if you need to sell fast).

Your starting bid was too high. You can put a reserve price on it. Most sellers start out low and hope for a bidding war. It's unpredictable. An item may wind up going cheap or it goes for a very good price.

I love Big Horn saddles. Coincidentally, I am about to put one up for sale bc the seat is too small and it's not quite wide enough for Chili...

What is the skirt length of this one?

26". With the bigger seats, Bighorn trimmed the skirts down so they would still fit a short backed horse well.

How small is too small? *laugh* Whats the gullet on it?

Well, the gullet is 7" BUT it's for a higher withered horse. Chili is *almost* mutton withered.

It's a 15" seat. My butt is kinda big. LOL
