OK 3 horses are just too many for one person. I bought this mare last year for the hubby and he has only ridden her twice (I made him). I had o make a tough decision on which on to sell and decided on Missy. This mare will make an excellent adv. Beginner or adv. Youth horse. Missy is an 11 year old sooty buckskin mare. She is registered with AQHA and IBHA. Stands at 15.3hh and weighs in about 1250 to 1300 pounds. I cannot say enough about this mare. She was broke as a two year old and shown in 4H roping. She has an amazing stop. She then spent 3 years as a broodmare and produced wonderful babies. We bought her and have used her for pleasure riding. Have done a few shows with her (novice & Amateur classes) – she was amazing. She has been shown in halter (6 points) and under saddle in western class. She loves to get out of the barn and do things. She has such a great time at the shows and she likes to be ridden around so that she can take it all in. She is not ridden consistently, so if you want to excel in any discipline, she will need a few more shows under her belt. Pictures do not do this mare justice. She is beautiful and draws a lot of attention. Current on Shots, worming, and farrier. Had her teeth floated last summer. Loads, stands tied, stands for farrier and bathing. Would be an excellent prospect for the English rider. As she is more of an English mover and would do well in the show circuit with a little training as she does catch the judge’s eye. Asking $5500.00. I know that this is a bit pricy in today’s market but she is definitely worth it.
