Aussie Tuk-Tuk riding pants (usa)

I got a pair of these from Australia last year, and they don't fit, and never been used. They are a dark slate color, size 12, and unhemmed. I paid $120.00 for them, I'd like $55.00.

They are made of a heavy stretch material and Navy, not slate, and lined to the top of the thigh. New in package
