Beautiful, 16.3hh Dapple Grey TB For Lease

In SW Michigan.

Doc's Experiment aka "Ex" is a beautiful, talented 13 year old TB Gelding who is in need of someone to dote on him and keep him working. Sadly, his Owner is far too busy and occupied with College and College Life to give Ex the time and attention he needs.

He was successfully competing at 3'6" in the LMHJA Circuit, with room to spare. He and his owner were always bringing home ribbons and awards, regardless of what comp they were a part of.

The Lease is preferrably to take place at the barn we are boarding at, located in Augusta Michigan. It is a large facility where they are a part of the Hunter/Jumper circuit, eventing and dressage. You'll have 200 acres of land to ride on, full use of the facility, access to a GP Jumper Coach/Trainer, the Fox Hunters, an XC course and many horse shows that the barn is involved with.

He Fox Hunts, does XC, Dressage and jumps very well. He just needs a partner. I'd scoop him up, but I cannot afford 2 horses at this point in time.

The lease can last as long as you want, and if it is a good match, purchase is an option.

Don't pass this talented boy up! He is for an Intermediate rider, no Beginners.

Don't pass up this opportunity! You have to come and see him, and ride him to appreciate the horse he is.

Thanks nicole :) I do too. I'd take him on, honestly - he'd make an awesome Eventer...but I cannot afford 2 horses. He just needs someone to dote on him. It's a shame to see him go to waste with no one enjoying his talents.

If I lived closer to Augusta and wasn't focusing on training my Appy, I would love to lease him. I live just a bit to far away, to be able to go to the barn even once a week.
