Black Indian Hackamore

I bought this to try on my bullheaded mule... did not work on her at all. It was on her less than 10 minutes. I paid $19.99 for it, I would like $20 which will include shipping.
Here is the info on it:
Unique 2-plait flat hand braided Indian bosal hackamore.
Noseband is tight and firm, will last for years and always look great.
You can attach it to any existing bridle, English or Western.
Using 1/4" premium double braid polyester yacht rope with 1 inch stainless steel rings
on noseband for your bridle, other rings on pulling rope for your reins.
Pull rings are secured with floral chicago screws. Noseband Width 1" to 1-1/8".
Size : average horse (23"-25")
