Waist is 28-30", upper thigh is 21.5", inseam is 31". I'm not sure how to measure the drop but would be happy to if you told me how!

Ok here are a couple pics. I showed you the measurement again for the inseam, the tape measure is stopped at 31" exactly. I also took a pic of the measurement from where the zipper starts at the outside of the hip, all the way to the bottom of the leg, which measured at 35" (so is that a 4" drop then, the difference between the inside and outside?) The chaps are dark black, the photo made them look slightly blue and faded. I did notice this morning in better light that there is a very small amount of wear on each of the inside legs where the calf is, definitely not visible when you wear them. No stains, tears, missing fringe... For $200 cheaper than they are on the hobby horse website, I think it's a pretty good deal :) Please let me know if you have any more questions!

She might have to long of legs for them but let me measure her as soon as she gets home and I will let you know! Crossing fingers here :)

And certainly if it looks like a close fit, I'd be happy to mail them for you to try, and if they don't work I can give you a refund :)

I am worried about the length...she is short with long legs. I measured her without shoes on last night and I got an inseam of 30". With boots I am not sure they will work. Hmm trying them sure makes that more appealing. Let me talk to her when she gets up :)
