Books. :)

Not sure if this is in the right place, but anyways..

If anyone has some horsey books for sale I'd love to hear from you. :)

When I say horsey books I don't mean Black Beauty and what-not, but more like, something to help me learn, anatomy, genetics, theory, diseases etc.

Or, if anyone knows where I can get these online would be great as well. Thanks ! :)

Don't have any to get rid of but you might look at textbook sale sites for equine science or vet studies.

I've picked up several that way, genetics, parasitology, etc. If you can find them used you can get some great deals!

You're welcome. When I bought last I looked up text lists from Colorado Univ, Purdue & Texas A&M and found some pretty good ones. There's one that's called "The Horse" if I was in the house I'd be able to tell you more, but the thing is several inches thick and covers a very wide range of topics, its a good one. Purdue used it I believe. You might also check out extension programs, you can find a lot of info there too especially on the nutrition & pasture\hay management side of things.

Sometimes I point on myself like, 'this! This is where my horse hurt herself! '. :P
