Clinton Anderson Riding with Confidence, Series 1, Parts 1 through 4 (4 DVDs).
On the back of the box, it says that he works with a 10 year old untrained horse to demonstrate that his techniques work on young and aged horses alike. Each lesson finished with a discussion on common horse and rider problems that may be encountered, success tips, and trouble shooting topics. You'll learn groundwork exercises to soften and supple your horse, the one rein stop to give you the confidence to control your horse anywhere, teach your horse to move off at a walk, trot, and canter on a loose rein with simple leg pressure, steer and guide with the slightest cue, stop your horse verbally, ride with an independent seat.

Series 2, Part 5-8:
Learn seventeen exciting new exercises to advance your training and horsemanship skills. Discover how to fine tune your riding cues to speak to specific areas of your horses body; use combinations of basic cues to ask for lead departures, serpentines, side passes, and more; learn how to correct common problemsas they arise, before they interfere with your progress; take advantage of success tips.

I hope that info from the back of the DVD boxes helps! Let me know if you have any more questions.

Oh... DUH!! I am so sorry. I get those two mixed up all the time!

OK, Regaining Lost Confidence I - This one is the groundwork portion. He works with two ladies on both DVDs and both have had incidents with their horses that have made them scared. Disk 1, he gets them working with their horses on the ground again. The info is actually on the inside cover of the disc and this particular disc has never been opened, so I can't type out exactly what it says, but that's the basic description of it.

Regaining Lost Confidence II - He works with the same two ladies again, but this time gets them on their own horses and has them do exercises to get their confidence back. I actually did watch this one when I had a bad accident on a horse and it helped a lot. He works with them in a round pen at first and then goes to a large arena.

I hope this helps! Sorry about the mix up before.

Sorry, two more questions:)

Are the brand new, or used?

How much would shipping be to Canada, or the US?
