County Logic dressage girth 28"

I just purchased this used County Logic black dressage girth size 28" in great condition. But it's too long. It's stamped 28 but it's running up into my saddle flaps unlike my 28" Wintec.

So I'd like to sell it for $100 plus $15 ship in USA (extra for out of country) OR if you have a the SAME girth in 26" in similar condition, we could trade.

I measured buckle end to buckle end which is 30" and just over 36" leather end to leather end. No idea how they came up w/ 28.

Is this girth still available?
