This doesn't make any sense to me. I know Paypal has a 10 day waiting period before you can even file a dispute. So buyer couldn't even do anything till that time period was up. I also don't see you sold a saddle in your past 15 day completed listing, which makes it even stranger.
Without a delivery confirmation there will never be proof it was delivered and I know whenever I have sold larger priced items there has been a "statement" for sellers to make sure you get a delivery confirmation number and I always make sure I get one that needs to be signed for by the buyer only!

took some steps to correct bad sellers but without a delivery confirmation, it is only your word against the buyers. You would hate to be out your saddle and they would hate to be out their money.
