I wanted to share my hobby and let HorseForum members know about it in case anyone is interested in placing an order. I make fully customized rope and braided tack using only top-quality products and techniques. I specialize in creating tack that may not be offered other places. Here are a few of my past projects :) Enjoy! And let me know if you're interested in having me make a piece just for you - if you can dream it, I can probably make it!

Note - I am in the process of adding braided breast collars and cruppers to my products as well as making customized mohair cinches and breast collars.

For more information and pictures, you can visit the J Bar N Ranch website and like me on Facebook at J Bar N Ranch - thanks for checkout out my work!

To get a set started, I just need to know what you want and the colors you like :) From there, I'll give you a quote and order the supplies as soon as you pay. That gives you time to either decide on a "standard" size (i.e. arab/horse/draft) or take measurements to make sure your tack fits exactly how you want it to. I prefer to have measurements since every horse is different - Locally (and for my horses), I try my tack on before I finish the ends just to make sure it fits the way I want it to, so getting measurements of your horses/tack is generally the best way to go. But I don't need those up front :)

The lime green and black seems to look good on most horses since it's a bright color that pops and the black is neutral. You could also go more green or more black depending on what you'd like. I'm curious what you mean by a cowboy halter? Is that just a rope halter? And are you thinking split or loop reins?

Just subbing so I can order something in a few paychecks, lol.

Definitely need something like the halter/bridle/sidepull design with the decorative halter design..How much would that be abouts for a standard horse size?

Aww thanks! Most of my prices are listed on my website at jbarnranch.com, and they're all listed for "standard horse size". That particular halter without the studs is $55 and matching bit hangers are $10. We can add studs or even rhinestones, and the cost will depend on what you choose and how much it costs for me to order them :)
