Yes, the rope halter :) I thought everyone called it that. Split reins. My kids are not great with riding so I think the split will help them to learn better than a solid rein.

I can add rings to just about anything ;) were you thinking about a braided or rope halter?

I just need to figure out how big the stinkers are going to be. Warrior will be 2 this year and Scout will be a yearling, so they have a bit of growing to do.

What breeds are they? I have some "standard" sizes I could do, but they're all only about an inch off each other for a foal, yearling, arab, horse, large horse, etc., so it's easy to make them with a little extra room.

Warrior is a classic American Shetland. Scout is also a Shetland, but not as "refined" as Warrior.
