Well made close-contact saddle from England. "Le Consul" model made by Barclay & Co. Built on a spring tree to give the necessary flex in the saddle when excercising. Wool flocked. Well used with only a few minor scuffs. All leather is in good condition with only minor surface cracking on the underside of the billets (pictured). Stitching is loose in one area (pictured).

5" (medium-narrow) gullet. 17" cut-back seat. Flaps measure 15" from stirrup bar straight down (along the leather's wear marks), and 13" in width at the widest point.

Can include leathers, 4 3/4" irons and pictured green saddle pad.

Asking 300$. Overall this is a great, economically priced saddle for a spare or for a starter saddle. Open to all reasonable offers. PM me or e-mail alive_for_the_morgans@hotmail.com to enquire.

I am located in BC, Canada and the asking price is in canadian dollars. More than willing to ship at buyer's expense (negotiable).

Thanks.

This brand sells new for 1200$ CAD. Nothing is broken, nothing needs to be replaced. It comes fully mounted.

I don't get it.
