Free gorgeous Stakes winner - beautiful lawn ornament only

My friend is looking to find a wonderful forever home for Capejinsky. Cape is a gorgeous almost black 16.1 hh guy. I'm not sure how old he is, but I'm guessing 6?? Because of an old injury (about three years old) he is unable to be ridden. He's just a gorgeous lawn ornament. Cape tends to be the low man on the totem pole. Cape was a flashy Stakes winner and was going to be put down due to his injuries. With a lot of love and TLC, Cape is now healthy, just not entirely sound for riding. My friend is considering moving out of the country, so we're now looking for a new home for this guy. Great personality, easy to handle. Plenty of pictures available upon request, home visit and references a must - this is a very special guy. Located in south Jersey.

What kind of ijury did he have and what would make him sound to ride?

I think he had a hairline fracture... he won't ever be sound to ride again. He has been laid up for over two years now and is not 100% sound to ride.
