gauging interest in two possible new products

Many of you who have purchased my Bit Buddies in the past might be wondering what happened to me. I took a break for Christmas and then on December 31 my grandmother passed away. I first learned to sew as a child sitting on her lap, so although we knew this day would come it was still sad for me. I lost interest in sewing for a few weeks after her passing, and then things got busy at work and you can probably guess the rest of the story.

My hope is to do a little sewing here and there over the next few months so that by next fall/winter I have a larger stock of pre-made items ready to just pop in the mail. I'm thinking about adding to the list of things I make and I'm wondering if anyone would be interested in either of the items below. (Also, I'd like to know if there's already someone on the forums who makes and sells either of these things, in which case I wouldn't want to step on anyone's toes.)

This is a fleece cover for your helmet so you can ride outdoors in cold weather with more comfort. I'd probably make them in all sorts of solid color combos and maybe also prints. For price, I'd have to guess right now at $15 or $20 including shipping.

This item would actually be a pair, they are covers for your stirrup irons so they don't scuff your saddle when you have them run up. Again, I'd probably do them in solid color combos as well as prints. Price is also a guess at this point but I think I could do $10 or $12 including shipping.

I love the stirrup cover idea!!! I have to use paper towels under the irons right now because my new saddle scuffs so easily :(

Not new ideas, but the commercial ones sold are more expensive.

You're right, neither item is a brand new idea. They would both be new to my lineup, though.
