im looking for any western tack to tack off your hands

im looking for some tack to take off your hands, I mean anything. Even if its old an beat up and looks like crap or if its new. I would prefer new for my horses. But I as well will tack any tack you do not want. I am doing this for the shelter I work at. Its a non profit organization taking in neglected horses. They need any tack you can help them with. Please comment back

I have a synthetic western trail saddle I'm trying to get rid of... it has a few cosmetic/hardware problems, but is very hardy and perfectly usable. I'm asking $100 plus shipping...

Is this 'rescue' a 501c3 organization?

If not, then they're not a rescue, they're just someone who wants other people to foot the bill for their horses.

If they are a 501c3, then I'd like to see their website, their financials, and their mission statement. All legitimate rescues must provide this information to potential donors.

As for yourself, buy your tack like the rest of us do. Begging over the interwebz may not be illegal but it's tacky, immoral, and ethically questionable.

I didn't assume they were looking for free tack...

I think it's possible they're just looking for heavily used, cheap tack.

Also, they said they're looking for new tack for their horses, and I don't think anyone would assume they could get new tack for free.
