I know you're probably feeling picked on and beaten up a little, so I wanted to post that I, and probably a lot of the other folks here, do understand that your heart's in the right place and your intentions are good. If we had first hand experience with this rescue you work with; we would probably feel as strongly about it as you do.
However, this is the internet. We don't know you, and we don't know anything about this rescue except what you post. So far, based on what's been posted, I would not be willing to support this organization.
Second, posting this plea for donations while also posting sale ads for tack of your own raised the obvious question of why you're not donating *your* tack to the rescue. That's a big credibility problem.
Third, while nit picking people's spelling, grammar and posting style may seem petty, I truly have had trouble understanding a couple of your posts. (And no, I'm not just talking about "veil crow" for Velcro, there are a couple of posts in *this thread* that I just don't know what you're trying to say.) Not being able to make yourself clearly understood makes you a less credible advocate.
Finally, to everyone else - let's take a break and give the OP time to collect her thoughts and post again. Everything that needs to be said about the credibility of the rescue, 501(c)3 status and posting style has been said at least twice.
No need to continue to play "pile on the rabbit."
How 'bout we give this poster a break and give her an opportunity to post something in her defense?
