Which Kimberley saddle is it? I happen to be looking at getting a 16" Kimberley.

Horn/no horn?
Do you know what the tree is set at currently? (narrow, medium, wide?)

Oh yeah... And I can't say this for certain, but I believe you can send it to DownUnderWeb to get the tree adjusted. Australian Horse Saddles, Tack, and Clothing from Down Under Horse Saddle Supply carries the Kimberley and if you need your tree adjusted you can send it to them and I think they will adjust it for you (for a charge probably). Worth a shot emailing them and finding out if you really like the saddle. :~)

Wither tracing and fitment instructions for Aussie Saddles

Just read.... I think it's $60 to adjust the tree.
