Actually, I sold the package for what I paid, because I bought it used and didn't end up using it much since it didn't fit my horse. The higher-end wintec saddles have a good market in the NW OR/SW WA region. Lots of demand, so they really hold their value here. I can see that in certain areas where there is not a huge dressage community and plenty of synthetic fans, it would be more difficult to sell an english synthetic saddle.
I think it really depends on where you are located. MyBoyPuck, if you really want your saddle to sell, maybe advertise it on the Portland area craigslist? Because a wintec pro at that price here is a *really* good deal, so I suspect someone out there would be willing to pay shipping if the cost of the saddle was so low. You'd have to make sure you have good pics and whatnot, but it might be worth a try.
Also, I've observed that the non-sueded synthetics retail and re-sell for less than the sueded synthetics.
