Looking for 17" seat western saddle with full bars

Looking for 17 western with full bars - for CHEAP! Just need a trail saddle for my husband.

Can also trade or sale a dressage pad that's like new and XL black half chaps that are NEW. Can trade toward saddle or for sale.

Too bad he isn't a 16"

I have a FQHB barrel saddle that is for sale, but it sounds like the seat would be too small...

My local tack shop has them brand new in leather for $210, Cordura for $195. They also sell some used too for around the $150 range.
