Meyerstone Pinnacle 18M close contact - long flap

Meyerstone cc -- Pinnacle 18M 16" flap - really nice, no cheapie
More pics in Photobucket:

Made by Meyerstone in Argentina, of European leathers. Pinnacle 18 medium close contact. Their medium runs wide, like a Crosby M. INCLUDES Pinnacle saddle cover, and the leathers and 4.75 irons shown. On the billet flaps: 18 and Grand Sella. Numbers on it: 18, M, and 86661821207.

Almost mint condition. No probs w/ billets, tree, panels, or anything else. Soft seat, soft foam panels. Rides like a dream, especially on a choppy horse.

Long flaps, I think, 16" top of bar to bottom of flap.

Padded flaps, Velcro knee blocks and also thigh blocks.

Not a cheap saddle. This one is up there with the Thornhill 24K - above average! It's a heavier saddle with a good solid feel to it. I will look through old catalogs to see if I can find the model name. But this is a more expensive Pinnacle.

Exactly 18 center of nail to cantle, measured correctly. $525 shipped Standard Post. Add 3% for PayPal payments.

Grand Selle is the exact model name. Saddle with fittings was $800 in the Schneider Saddlery 2007-2008 catalogs. It was the top of the line Pinnacle saddle they carried. There was no long flap option, so I will have to remeasure the flaps to make certain I am not giving you the wrong flap length.

From the catalog:
Item #17941
Color: Cigar (dark brown)
Catalog description: A narrower twist, slightly more forward flaps, and a deeper seat for more secure feel. Hand crafted of grained English leather in a rich Cigar color. Superior stainless steel recessed stirrup bars. Nylon reinforced billets. Flexible foam panels. Soft padded seat. Flexible spring steel tree guaranteed 5 years. Aniline vegetable tanned leather.

Stamped on saddle: on the billet flaps it says 18 and Grand Selle
Numbers on the saddle: 18, M, and 86661821207

Flap is definitely 16" from the stirrup leather hanger straight down to the bottom of the flap.

The stirrup leathers appear to be buffalo leather and are stamped 54.

The irons are chromed steel, but nice.

I've been looking for a good condition/decent price saddle with long flaps forever! This one would be perfect for me and it looks soo good! Would you be willing to negotiate the price or maybe let me pay for it in a couple payments? I'm a poor college student in desperate need of a saddle :( lol
