Older Wintec saddle-perfect shape

Nice older model wintec saddle in new condition. Lightly used, no rub spots, rust or really much sign of use. Super light weight and easy to clean. It has a girth but no leathers/irons. There are extra straps in the girth that I do not know what they are for. Maybe those are the leathers? I really don't know. Asking $150 and will ship in lower US for $25 since its so light and small. Paypal prefered. If local I would consider trades on this saddle.

It would be helpful to people if you listed the seat size and gullet width.

I know, Im sorry. I know nothing about english saddles so I would probably get it wrong. The gullet, after a lot of attempted research appears to be a narrow gullet. The tree however is WIDE/flexible. The seat I measured from the top screw on one side to the back of the seat and it says 16 1/2" at the seam? The western way of measuring its 16". If you can tell me where the best place to take the measurements I can go get them.
